Thinking

My work day is on average 12 hours per day.   During that time, I think about many different areas of my life, including my work.  Some of the subjects I touch upon are:
My sons – strength, love, kindness, appreciation, intense, support, friendship, happiness
My parents – they are elderly and my father has been quite ill the past 8 or 9 months
My sweet cousin – she has been very ill for almost 2 years. ALS is such a horrific disease.
My basset hound – Olive died May 21, 2007 – she was an amazing dog, friend, companion
Family – immediate, extended, future
Balance of fairness – does it exist? Where has it gone?
Our Heros/Soldiers/Veterans – respect, love, caring, prayers, appreciation, courage,         brave, sacrifice
Friends that are dealing with emotional pain
Flower and vegetable gardens
Ride for Research in Waltham, MA – brain tumors – my other sweet cousin died from a brain tumor in October 2006 – my son rides every year in her honor!
Textiles – love of texture, color, fiber, design
Trees – their beauty, stature, shape, life
Dirt – the color, coolness, texture, benefits
